Tiny Dancing - Issue 5 (Not Real Version)

There are three simple reasons why it's taken sooooo long to get the downloadable version of Issue 5 up for your clicking on. These can be summarised as follows:

1 - I am easily distracted. Things that have distracted me recently include my cat, Game of Thrones, Football Manager on the iPhone and Duncan The Wonderdog Show One. And that's possibly in the last week.

2 - The company who we use for our web-hosting-type-stuff being a bunch of fuckwits, and taking a month to sort out something which didn't need to be changed in the first place. They gave us some money back, but still.

3 - Volume 2 of the Tiny Dancing Audio Library, which accompanies Issue 5, being a total ballhang to turn from twenty-odd individual files into one that you can download all easily. So much of a ballhang in fact, that I've still not finished it. I may have not even started. Like I say - easily distracted.

But rather than find other things to do than sit moving little tracks round in Logic all day, here is the electronicalled version of Tiny Dancing Issue 5, with Volume 2 of the Audio Library to follow shortly. Probably. Actually, now X-Factor has started again, I wouldn't hold your breath.

Tiny Dancing - Issue 4 (Not Real Version)

I am built for heat. Anyone who knows me knows that I am built for heat. But even then on a day such as this, when weather forecasters have to look up what we call it when temperatures get above twenty-nine degrees (start at 'thirty' chaps, and work your way up from there), I have made some classic errors.

Firstly, I've started watching a new television series that is rather good, and have powered through the first four episodes without as much as mopping my brow with a moist wipe. Answers on a postcard as to what that series might be. And that's not a trick question.

Secondly, I've decided to make a curry, so I can use up the chicken that's in the fridge. It was on it's sell by date and was possibly smelling the wrong side of keen, but I'm arsed if I'm going round the shops again. I've get six more episodes to go, and no time to waste.

And as they say, these things come in threes - so to fall in with that I've decided to hoist the non-touch version of Tiny Dancing Issue 4 up the futureweb flagpole for all to see for miles around, along with the first instalment of the Tiny Dancing Audio Library, which of course came free with the please-touch version - the ever mysteriously titled (not really) 'Journeys'. This is of course the most opportune of timings, because no doubt everyone is indoors this evening squinting at a laptop screen and trying not to splash rogan josh over the keyboard, primed to receive such an offering. Just like me.

So here you go, you little culture vultures - stop your circling and start your... downloading. Got away from me at the end there.

The Young Tony Hadley Chronicles - Volume One (Not Real Version)

After what will be included in promotions textbooks in years to come as the very model of a teaser campaign - a single post on Facebook and a Tweet that didn't upload the image properly - it is time! Yes! It's the downloadable The Young Tony Hadley Chronicles - Volume One!

Not only does it collect together the first five TYTHC's from Tiny Dancing's 4 and 5 (in one clean, tidy, consecutively paginated place!), it also contains three (three!) exclusive new TYTHC's that will never be seen anywhere else ever, AND some exciting facts about our hero gleaned from 'intensive research' (which might just be having a quick look at the biography on his website)! And it's all free! (Just an aside here, this post will also be included in promotions textbooks in years to come as an example of best in class usage of exclamation marks to generate enthusiasm!)!

I may get some of these printed up at some point in the future, but for the time being - enjoy Tony Hadley on your computer screens please.

Tiny Dancing - Issue 3 (Not Real Version)

Ah, a new year - a time for new hopes. New dreams. New ambitions...

But not here at Tiny Dancing. Oh no. Here is a bit of the old, in the form of the downloadable electronic not real digitialistic version of Issue 3, which you can now probably not get anywhere since we think they've all possibly been sold. Unless we've lost some somewhere, which is easily achievable. So yes, download this:

Tiny Dancing - Issue 3 (Not Real Version)

The new will of course be coming in a little (couple) while (of months), and until then you can still get your bountiful(!), colourful(!) and soundful(?) copy of Issue 4 all as per the post before this one, which in summary would be Paypal (even thought it props up evil and so on etc etc etc), the post, me, the shops.

Tiny Dancing - Issue 2 (Not Real Version)

Please don't be angry. Please don't be annoyed. Yes, it's taking a little bit longer than expected to sort out Issue 3. And yes, the crushing pressure of our own mortality means that is not a good thing (and it's all my fault to boot).

It's not far off though, and to try and win back a little bit of your patronic favour may we present you with the future-not-real-version of Issue 2, for the downloading thereof.

Now, cards on the table time - there are pros and cons with this particular incarnation. Yes, it's more electronic and less perishable, but it also means the full, seismic impact of the Interactive Future Page is somewhat lost. Swings and roundabouts and that.

So yes - Issue 3 looms on the horizon like a watchful, wary man-child, and may I ask you rest assured that once it gains the confidence and maturity to finally make it's approach towards civilization, it will truly be quite a beauty. And besides, we're all going to live forever aren't we, so we can all handle a bit of a wait I think.

Tiny Dancing - Issue 1 (Not Real Version)

With Issue 2 now firmly in the 'being thought about quite a lot' stage, and most of the copies of Issue 1 now in the hands of... someone, we thought it was about time we gave 'it' to you in a computerised version for downloading.

Now we know we said the entire point of our new endeavouring was to give you something that was a real thing, but come now - we are not completely without fingers in the future pie.

And no doubt by now the real life copies out there in the possession of... someone are all dog eared from the relentless thumbing through and reading and that, so it's excellent timing really. Excellent.

So now, marvel at the full 24 pages of stuff that was put together by us for you on your very own computer screen, as we proudly present... the not real version of Tiny Dancing Issue 1. We thank you.
